Checka, jag fick ett mail angående vart jag ska bo och vilken skola jag ska gå på, vilka familjer jag ska bo hos med mera nyss. Läs vad som står!

My name is Delene Cotten and my husband's name is Weston. We live in the big town of Highlands! HaHa! You can google it and you will see that it is a small town not far from Houston which is a large city. We got a phone call 2 days ago that Rotary needed another host club and families for a boy coming from Sweden. I was just lamenting 2 months ago about not signing up to have a foreign exchange student this year. When I inquired about it, they already had enough host clubs and families. But here we are now hurrying to get the forms filled out so you can come live with us. I promise you will love it here in Texas even though it is very hot right now! (99 degrees F). Thank goodness we have a swimming pool in our backyard!
You will be attending a new high school. It opened last year with just grades 9,10,11. This year will be the first year to have 12th grade there! You can go to the website to read about Goose Creek Memorial High School. Go the www. gccisd.net. and click on high schools.
You will have 2 host families as of now. The 2nd host family lives 2 blocks from us and their names or Kathryn and David Dunlop. They have a son Ryan (20 yrs) and a son Zack (17yrs). Zack will attend Goose Creek Memorial also. He will be a senior.
The Dunlops and us hosted a boy from Germany 3 years ago. In fact, Weston & I have hosted 5 foreign exchange students since 2001. You will be our 2nd boy. We are looking forward to your arrival! Email me back any questions you may have and I'll see if I can answer them for you. Delene
Suggestion: Don't bring very many clothes. I tell all my students this. We Texans love to buy you new clothes. Remember it is hot here almost all year round. Maybe 2 long sleeve shirts and 1 pullover sweatshirt. Most of the time you will wear sandels, flipflops, or tennis shoes. You will get some clothes for Christmas also. Pack light because going home you won't be packing light, but bring 2 suitcases so you can load them down going home.

Ska bo hos ngn halvrik familj med swimmingpool på tomten, de vill inte att jag ska ta med mig egna kläder, för de ska köpa kläder åt mig med mera :$ <3
