Where can I find (Costume Titles)?. Title says it if you could just direct me to a guide or maybe tell me when i can get one. I am heading to Malkuth to tell Peony to sign the Peace Treaty as well after getting Kimlascan's stubborn head to do it.

Costumes like past Tales games are outfits that change character appearance. They are obtained through doing certain sidequest which reward titles and once equipped can change character appearance.

Most of them are aquired from sidequests of which many are missable. So yes, you can miss a bunch of them. Additionally, you can't get Tactical Leader (VH/U difficulty) Monster Collector (optional dungeon) or the Abyss Ranger costumes (the event itself) until your second playthrough. A staple formula for FF villains:
