Getting ready for our annual camping trip to the Cloverdale, CA KOA campground where there is a pond, my 8 year-old daughter asks me to get her a fishing pole so she can try some fishing. Coincidentally, a message went out our internal SPAM email announcements that there were "Frozen fishing poles" available for use

Very disappointing that something as basic as replacing the string cannot be done. Surely this could have been very easy to design in as ever other reel this can be done. Now my fathers day fishing trip with my daughter will be with a sad little girl. Guess she'll have to use an adult fishing pole. This was the Disney Moana
I had the 'old generation' version of this Frozen combo and after only a few uses last fall/early winter it broke and I was unable to open the reel to service it. Got my Grandson a Cars childs fishing pole for christmas. Seems in unwrapping it the package with the instructions is gone missing. How do I get the line from the reel inside the capsule? I will have to use some washers and a nut and bolt to make a practice weight. LOL.
Went to set up our daughters Frozen fishing pole she got for her birthday and the fishing pole line ended up inside the reel. Thought we could take the reel apart to get to the line but the plastic screw does not come out! Had a very disappointed little girl that couldn't use her very 1st pole! I don't suggest this pole to anyone!
The kids saved their money and went with us to the store to pick out their first "very own" fishing poles, Toy Story for one, and Moana for the other. Frozen broke and while attempt to unscrew to refeed the line then moana does the same thing crazy this is for small children the line will break why make it in possible to fix.
