Why does my Acrobat PDFmaker Office COM Addin tab keep disappearnig from Word in Office 2013. I have Acrobat XI Pro, Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 but the PDFMaker CoM Addin tab keeps disappearing from Word and I can't 'save as Adobe PDF' (only print/export to PDF). In the Word>Options>Add-ins it appears as
