2 Dec 2007 The Titanium SS304 appear to have a metal liner - I presume Titanium coated. Time will tell if they are hard wearing but I have some old Daiwa Dynaflo rings on a couple of rods (20 years old). They have been so tough that I would like to find a modern equivalent. Doubtless if they are any good the Titanium
