The Blueant website also advises that you reset your phone before resetting your Blueant Supertooth. Refer to your phone's user manual for specific instructions on how to reset

Step 2: Activate Pairing Mode on the Supertooth 3. Make sure the Supertooth 3 is turned off. With the Supertooth 3 off, hold down the Multi-Function button for about 6 seconds, until the light on the front of the unit starts flashing red and blue.
