But I haven't been into a online battle before so I don't know if it's a good idea to keep it as Eevee. If not, what Evolve it, even in Little Cup Eevee's not all that good, and it won't work well even w/ an eviolite. As for best in competitive, it depends on what you see. If a rain team, then Thunder will work.
Evolutions If there are Pokemon that can use Eevee as setup bait, it is a good idea to pivot out with Baton Pass as Eevee should only attack when nothing on its team needs a Wish passed to it and there are no Ghost- or due to their lack of reliable recovery and can check the Fighting-types that give Eevee trouble.
