Apparently klepper only has one page poorly written instructions, unwilling to help me get more detailed instructions. I bought a 20.00 barbie hot wheels, with better instructions than klepper sends out with their boats. I really dont want to return it, especially with a 700.00 yes seven hundred dollar restock fee. but i dont want
