Dear Zavier, It is quite possible to convert a car from manual to automatic transmission, there is no apparent harm either. The only problem is
All clutch linkage needs to be removed, from bell housing to clutch pedal. A transmission oil cooler from the donor needs to be added in front of the radiator, and all cooler lines migrated over. If tree shift, you'll need the donor's steering column, if floor shift you'll need its shifter.
