Refer to the collectible guide for the locations of the Adam West in Peril's in the Free Play levels. Once you have found all 30 he will be automatically unlocked and purchased, simply play as him and the trophy will unlock. Adam West is located in the first location. You will find him on a raft. There's a shark circling him all the time. Change to Grundy and stand on the green platform above Adam. He will dig out a weapon that you can use against the shark. Jump onto the vessel to activate it. The shark will swim away and you will rescue Adam.
