We attended the 3 hour Nature/Into to Kayaking course. Just an FYI the extent of the nature side of it was our instructor pointing out what Poison Ivy was. There's a 30 minute instructional period on land before hitting the water. We had 2 instructors, Dave and Anna, and they were fantastic. It's well worth the time and money.
