The plan has a PvP focus that will get you into FuckYouFleet ships while setting you up with good baseline skills for whatever you want to do later in your EVE career.

I also recommend the ingame certificate system (especially the core certificates) as a decent guide to skill training. mxzf wrote: Drones 5 is part of the basic skill set though.
