Here's the process of making my Blue Sub drawing.
4. Time for all the base colors.
5. Next we shade and add light.
6. And lastly add a background and color tone to the character to match the environment.
I have to admit I forgot to add a fin on his right arm! >8[ It looked kind of like the ones on his legs. Saw that I missed it after I made like ten different versions of it and really didn't have the energy to change all of them! XP
