I recently just obtained a 6GB Creative Zen Micro from a friend and I am having trouble upgrading the firmware. The firmware currently on it is "2.11.02" and the version I am trying to upgrade it to is "2.21.02" (Creative Zen Micro PlaysForSure Firmware update 2.21.02). I am presented with the following.
