There are several sites out there with a type of manual running from 25-30 USD. Try looking at a search like I did. Did not depending if you have a ajustment on the bowl you will need to ajust to get the right mixture if this will not fix your problem then you will need your carb rebuilt. Posted on Feb 09, 2010.

This is the first 2 cycle engine I've encountered so I was unsure about the crankcase. I think with a bit of tinkering with the carb it'll be a nice little machine. I couldn't find the original link to the manual, but I did find this page dedicated to the Jacobsen Snowburst with a pdf manual: Jacobsen Sno-Burst.
I just put a new carb kit in and now the carb is leaking gas. I checked the needle and seat and all looks good. I feel there is a block on one of the vent holes but don't know where to look. It leaks right after the machine is turned off, and it will drain the hole tank unless I clamp the fuel line. The carb is a Walbro.
