I've found the best way to get them is through chocobo racing. There are a 2 or 3 events where you can win them. Get a load of shuffles from the kiosk and shuffle the races on offer until it appears as a prize and repeat. You could quite easily get 5-10 libra scopes in about half an hour doing it this way, it's also cost effective.

On my last fragment i need to collect all monster bestiary. Correct me if i am wrong but do i need to fill there libra screen and if so what is the best way to do this i have grimoire hat on but it doesn't work aswell as i want. i am not going to get libra scopes from sendipity. would multiple grimoir hats work better?
