So I finally got around to loading up RF3(2 1/2 years after I played RF2), and I've currently finished the four dungeons, but am stuck in progress until I develop a relationship/strong friendship with someone in town that I can "tell my secret to". So while I'm doing that I'm increasing my collection of monsters,
For Rune Factory 3: A Fantasy Harvest Moon on the DS, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Monster taming".
I read the FAQ that says I need to feed an animal to tame it, and it tells me I need to feed the right type of food to each monster. However, it doesn't tell me what to feed to what monster. Can I tame any monster in the game? (with the exception of bosses and special enemies, of course) If so, what food can I bring to Privera
9 Feb 2011 As soon as you arrive at the Barn after taming your first Monster, you will receive a visit from Gaius, who will give you a tutorial about Monster Care, a Brush and 9 Grass. If you have tamed a Wooly, he will give you a pair of Shears as well. Grass is the ordinary Feed for Monsters in Rune Factory 3.
Hello againnn, I just wanted to know if anyone had a list of all the monsters in RF3, and whether or not the list had what each monster was suppose to do (woolys give wool, Buffamoo's give milk, etc) so that I can plan what to have on my farm. It would also be nice if you could tell me what dungeon it's in.

7 Jan 2011 A couple of players suggested that I include each Monster's Most Favourites in my Bestiary and Dungeons Guide, but after doing a little research, I believe that you will find all the information you need in the War Trophies that each Monster drops. It is very easy to tame a Monster by giving it any War Trophy
