I just took the "WHICH MARTIAL ARTS STYLE IS BEST FOR YOU?" quiz and the result is Tai Chi Chuan.
Considered a soft, internal style of martial arts, Tai chi training first and foremost involves learning solo routines, known as forms. While the image of tai chi chuan is typified by exceedingly slow movement, many tai chi styles have secondary forms of a faster pace. Some traditional schools of tai chi teach partner sensitivity exercises known as pushing hands with martial applications of the postures of the form. Soft and flowing, a Tai chi practitioner seeks to absorb an opponent's energy, add it to his own and direct the combined force back at his opponent.
