haha. well, gimme a day and i'll write it down for you.
or, google it, type "recept köttbullar". i'll give you that ;D

simply:
- minced meat
- some salt, pepper, random spice, free of choice
- eggs (depends on how many you're gonna make)

- crush le eggs in a bottle or something (not too many eggs, you don't want to make meat sauce, just enough so that the meat will hold itself together)

- mix the ingredients, don't smash too much
- make the balls, with your hands
- then roll the balls and fry em in a frying pan with some butter/olivoil!
serve with whatever suits you.
(i, myself prefer lingonberryjam & potato.)
and remember, practice makes perfect.
