19 May 2016 Please see the guidelines below: Use Cake Release to prepare the pan. Use a dense cake with this pan. Top of cake uses 2 ? cups of batter. Bottom of cake uses 3 ? cups of batter. Bake at 325F for approximately 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove to cooling grid until completely cooled. Level both cakes.
