Now I have 6P which I love (even the camera). But IMO the camera just Actually, the Nexus 5X and 6P have better or same camera quality than the S7 and S7edge. I'll tell you one thing, once I figured out how to and learned how to use manual exposure, the Google camera app takes excellent pictures.
