This is a Great Movie, if you haven't seen it you really should go check it out for yourself and see!! Bruce Willis and Curtis(50 cents)JacksonIII played awesome in the movie, 50cents is becoming a very talented actor.
Crimes, prisons, betrayals etc are nasty stuff, but in good movies, there is "something" that is catchy, that makes you compare and ponder - not just follow visual things like shootings, chases and punishments. Setup, unfortunately, is an "arid" and plain story with predictable events and dull ending. As for the cast, only Bruce Willis is at a premium, the rest are mediocre at best; Ryan Phillipe is too "cute" to be a tough criminal, 50 Cent can be a good rapper, but as actor, he is quite lousy. The scenes are not long or boring, but there is no smooth running or shifts, and some supporting characters provide no additional value (e.g. Vincent's father, Roth).
You can watch it for killing time, but do expect any memorable experience. Pick a Guy Ritchie's or Luc Besson's movie instead.
