I have used a 33 year old Canon FD L series lens for the past 2 years on my Eos M with very good results. The lens is manual focus and manual aperture with a Kipon FD- EFm adapter. If you are OK with those conditions, you can produce very good results. Here are a few with my combo.( Eos M + FD
