As it looked like Txt2Vobsub was just a frontend to the 3-step method described by Kurtnoise13, I then tried the manual way using SubtitleWorkshop+MaestroSBT+Son2VobSub and got great result. I like the way I can position the subtitles on the left, middle, right of the screen, with auto justification, and it is
