Here's a video by Brian from Hope drums that shows a few parameters for the Alesis Trigger IO with pintech parts. . only thing left on my new kit is really just the rack and the module (everything else is now Roland; PD-105 Snare and floor toms, PDX-8 toms, CY-8 crashes and ride, VH-11 hats, KD-8 kick).

I think that the Alesis Trigger IO would be good for plugging the FD-8 into to send cc data. I noticed that John Emrich mentioned this setup in another thread (Zendrum, Trigger IO, and FD-8). My question is: How would you plug things in for this setup? I've read the manuals for the Trigger IO and the ZAP and
I have a Roland FD-8 HH pedal running into an Alesis Trigger I/O into Superior Drummer 2 (or BFD Lite or whatever). I can get an "up" pedal sound but not a "down" or . Are you sure it is supposed to send a note on pedal down? That's what pages 17, 21 and 24 of the Trigger iO manual seem to indicate.
