It's without a doubt, the best way I've cooked a sirloin tip roast. I don't like to claim anything is “THE BEST", just search Pinterest, apparently every recipe is the best everit gets old.
A while back I picked up a Sirloin Tip Roast and having never cooked one, I started browsing the food websites looking for a recipe and this one kept coming up. Place roast, uncovered, in the middle of the oven that has been pre-heated to 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours or until roast is almost done. If you desire it to be medium-rare, remove from oven when it is rare. If you desire it to be medium, remove from oven when it is medium-rare.
