a QM20 isn't going to have a KM4A tranmission on it. the bell housing on a QM20 is too small. the KM4A manual states 20 or 30 weight oil. Unless you plan on operating your trans at -18c then 30weight oil is fine

17 Jul 2016 According to the manual the next stage is to undo the output shaft nut that holds the gearbox coupling on. In our case (Yanmar KM4A) this requires a special tool. One I don't have.
