If you have a steady simulation, for example, go in the tutorial directory of openfoam. /tutorial/incompressible/simplefoam. and copy the directory of one case like mixturevessel2d. Than, starting from this, you should change the dicts according to your case and mesh.

At the beginning you should have copied the tutorial cases from the source directory, so it should still be on your hard disk. cd $FOAM_TUTORIALS gets you to the location of all tutorials, just copy the one that you need back into
