3 Nov 2011 Included in the race kit was an Energizer LED Head Lamp. It's simple enough After a little internet research, I found that it operated on 3x AAA batteries (but still no instructions). Feel free to change the batteries – not necessarily Energizer, but that might make your head lamp sad LED Head Lamp -7.

I use this head torch when running in the dark. It has two settings; dimmer and brighter. It is comfortable around my head, the strap is adjustable and very soft. The had torch has stayed in place during my runs. Very essential as I run in areas which are not particularly well lit, and helps me navigate and see and hazards on
