On the mountain, Les Arcs has it all, from mellow beginner slopes to some of the most challenging runs anywhere in France, with hardly any moguls. What Les Arcs does have however, is a lot of punters as this is a very popular resort, but with such a vast expanse of snow to explore, the slopes are left fairly quiet.
Longest Piste:12 km. Les Deux Alpes ranks amongst France's biggest and most friendly resorts. Not just friendly, but snowboard-friendly. The resort has plenty of testing and rider-friendly terrain, and an excellent terrain park. The pistes are big and wide, pretty featureless, but great for beginners and intermediates.

French ski resort Les Arcs is set to open its slopes in less than a month, with the resort already blanketed in snow (see attached photo) and its high-tech snow making, which covers 50% of the ski area, already in operation.

Les arcs is a top resort, no doubt about it. I go there nearly every year and it never disappoints - great wide runs for carving, jibs at the pisteside, nice park and loads of off piste to enjoy. Even better now is the paradski pass with la plagne, which opens up all the amazing off piste over there too. Loads of great places to eat
