11 Jan 2012 My Lexmark X6675 is showing an error message - "cartridge error consult user's guide". I consulted the user guide and did what that said, but I still get the same error message. Turn off the printer. Open the cover, remove and replace the ink cartridges (same ones) Turn the printer on and close the cover.
