Dopo essere stati attaccati, Ratchet e Optimus finiscono per trovare Megatron che porta la sostanza che ha dato vita alla creatura e ha attaccato Ratchet. Tuttavia, quello che non sanno è che Megatron ha un sacco di piani per loro. Soprattutto Optimus. Nel frattempo, quando l'agente Fowler viene catturato e torturato per la posizione degli Autobot, Bulkhead ei tre umani devono rintracciarlo e salvarlo.
