Oct 24, 2006 I have a Form which acts as a report that I would like to print out. The Form is slightly wider that the standard letter size width (8.5"). I created a command button, which I placed at the bottom of my Form, and in the event procedure for the command button, I used the following code; DoCmd.printout acPrintAll.
Feb 15, 2012 Applies to : Microsoft Access 2010 / 2007 Problem : When using DoCmd.SendObject to email a report as PDF containing detailed images, the resulted PDF contains blurry/compressed images which lack fidelity. My Scenario : Using a large A4 jpeg (containing some fine print) as a watermark (for an invoice)
May 4, 2011 MyFilename = "Report1.pdf". 'Let's print and save. Once you see it works, you can change True to False so that the file created is not opened after completion. DoCmd.OpenReport "1010_Report1", acViewPreview, , MyFilter DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "", acFormatPDF, MyPath & MyFilename, False.
You could print it out using Cute PDF and set the print output to Landscape Cute PDF must be installed according to instructions on website. OpenReport stDocName, acViewPreview, , , acHidden Set rpt = Reports(stDocName) Set rpt.Printer = prn DoCmd.PrintOut DoCmd.Close acReport, stDocName
The only things I can think of are: Try saving the report directly, without opening it first, so just replace your 3 lines of DoCmd by a single one: DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, rptName, acFormatPDF, PDFFileName, False. Also make sure that your report will fit into the page and that its properties allows it
Sep 16, 2010 Imagine the client's surprise when a recently created document was produced in A4 landscape format (11.69 x 8.27) – resulting in a loss of data on the report! Dim acFormatPDF As Variant acFormatPDF = “PDF Format (*.pdf)". DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, strRptName, acFormatPDF, strPDFName
I then open and display the report using docmd and acviewpreview. The report opens everytime in Portrait, although the page setup is correctly set to Landscape. If I manually view the report in design view and then go back to print preview, the Landscape settings finally take effect. Does anyone know what
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "ISSUE ELECTRICAL AREA SORT", "PDFFormat(*.pdf)", "C:DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGSTREVOR TIBURZIMY DOCUMENTSDropboxMCC CompletelightsissuesREPORTSELECTRIC ISSUES SORTED BY AREA.pdf", False, "", , acExportQualityPrint. tubar is
I am working in MS Access 2010. I am trying to convert a report to a PDF file. I am using the following command "DoCmd.Outputto acOutputReport, Report Name, acFormatPDF, FileName". The report I am using is formatted in legal page size. When the PDF is created using letter size pages and the buttom
