'Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths' is Simply Awesome! An awe-inspiring animation flick, that's spectacularly mounted & executed.
'Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths' Synopsis: A good version of Lex Luthor from a parallel Earth comes to the Justice League's dimension for help to fight their evil counterparts.
'Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths' runs for 73-minutes & despite its limited length, it more than utilizes its potential. The gathering of these legendary superheroes & the gathering of these extremely bad superheroes, is a delight to watch. The Animation is top-class, amongst the finest I've seen. The Screenplay by the Late/Great Dwayne McDuffie is thoroughly engaging. Lauren Montgomery & Sam Liu's Direction is greatly crafted. A Special Mention for the absolutely brilliant Action-Sequences, that lead the narrative.
Vocal Performances are Top-Notch: Mark Harmon as Superman & William Baldwin as Batman, are excellent. Chris Noth as Lex Luthor, is appropriate. Gina Torres as Superwoman, is just perfect. Brian Bloom as Ultraman, is killer. James Woods as the creepy Owlman, is outstanding.
On the whole, 'Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths' is a Complete Winner!
After seeing many Anime cartoons like Naruto and Bleach, American cartoons just doesn't seem to cut it for me anymore. Of course these cartoons are based on the numerous superheroes that we have loved when we were kids, like Superman, Flash, Batman
Those days we would be crazy about a movie like this and would have enjoyed this very much. But after watching toons like Avatar, Devil may cry and Naruto all those WB cartoons do seem to miss that certain something. I think it maybe the lack of moves. I mean the ability of the anime artists to come up with a fight scene with wonderfully awesome moves that tempt us to repeatedly to watch the scene, seems to lack in the creativity of the American cartoonist. Nevertheless they seem to overly have the ability to make sexy cartoon characters. 10/10 stars for Superwomen! And also the dialogues aren't exactly awesome compared to anime ones. Not to mention the music! People who have watched Avatar: the last airbender will know what I am talking about. BTW This movie is special cause it has a good degree of violence making it more, kind of, awesome. Favorite Quote : "Humans are a cancer, and I mean to cut out the disease" – Owl man Finally I must add Batman is the most awesome Superhero of all time. Period!
The Earth-2 Ultraman, despite having virtually the same powers, is not a Kryptonian like Superman. He was originally a human astronaut (the Clark Kent of his universe) who was thought to have been killed in deep space, but whose body was repaired by an alien race (presumably Kryptonians) and sent back to Earth, where he proceeded to conquer the planet. Many other Justice League members (or any others from the 'main' universe) do not have modern counterparts at all, most notably the villains of the Justice League; most of their heroic counterparts from the Crime Syndicate's universe have all been killed, due to facing opponents with no moral conflict about doing so. a5c7b9f00b
