On fractal difficulty level 12 and higher, players need to charge the fan batteries in the opposed two corners of the room with Tears of Dwayna manually before the fan can be turned on. It's recommended to bring at least two tears to each console, before you engage the boss. Old Tom has two

7 Jan 2013 Old Tom: If you hug the wall on either side of Old Tom, you can get the Dwayna's Tear and drop them near the consoles without aggroing the boss. Make sure to charge up the consoles before the fight as well. Do not activate the fan until Old Tom is aggroed as otherwise the fan won't have an effect.
Thats fair enough and very good, especially in the Asura fractal. Worth to mention, in my oppinion, is the flying shield of the guardian (i don?t know how the skill is exactly called) which creats a reflect Bubble.
