Unscrew (counter clockwise) and remove the TAIL CAP ASSEMBLY (16) and batteries. Note: A spare LAMP (8) is located in the TAIL CAP (20). Unscrew (counter clockwise) and remove the entire HEAD ASSEMBLY (1).

Unscrew & remove the entire TAIL CAP ASSEMBLY (16) and remove the batteries. Unscrew and remove the the entire HEAD ASSEMBLY(1). Unscrew the BULB RETAINING COLLAR (9) and remove the LAMP (10). Insert the HEX WRENCH (22) into the SWITCH BUTTON (A) , through the SWITCH ASSEMBLY (15) and into the SET SCREW (21).
