Per the installation instructions, the best place to mount the Tornado 360-Degree RV Holding Tank Rinser, part # CAM40128 is on the opposite end of the flush valve. You can use the template included with the Tornado and measure down about 2 inches from the top and in the middle of the tank.

The installation of the Tornado is quite simple even though a little scary at the thought of cutting into the black water tank. Everything required for the installation comes in the package except for silicone sealant and hose hangers, if you require them for your particular installation.
