More than 1 month of 100 situps (or more) per night!
Results/Changes this far:
- The muscles in the "sixpack" have grown larger and fatter (lol?)
- The muscles under the ribs have become more fit
- Leg & Ass muscles have become more fit too* (LOL)
*Used a training-form where u lay down and then have your legs about 10cm above the ground and hold 'em there for as long as you can.
HAPPY! And proud of that I have had the strength to carry on~
