The future of work is being enormously impacted by technological developments as also by the growing prevalence of millennials in the workforce. It is estimated that by 2025, millennials will comprise 75% of the workforce – they will choose flexibility, freedom in their work, 100% connectivity, creativity and innovativeness over higher salaries. Work-life balance will be their mantra. They will look for and select collaborative platforms for working in teams, across geographical borders.
Increased mobility and globalization will change the dynamics of organizations with employees shifting base and loyalties several times during their working life.
