Reign Of The Gargoyles 720p Movies

One of Himmler's grim Nazi relic hunting teams managed to unleash, but not control, a demonic force in castle mountain caves in occupied continental Europe. It breathes life into gargoyles, which terrorize not only the area but also passing allied bombers. Operating from Kent, first an RAF squad and then a USAF squad sent to rescue them suffer heavy losses. Crash survivors combine, advised by local resistance and legend, in a desperate fight against the hell-breed, with rebellious ace pilot Will in the ultimate star part.
During World War 2 a group of brave US Airmen are downed in Nazi controlled Europe, after their aircraft is attacked by Nazi-controlled mythological Gargoyles.
I have seen worse, much worse, in SyFy channel original movies.
What I don't understand is the DREARINESS in every minute of all of these movies. Special effects cost money, but does decent lighting and even a little comedy or even some light hearted-ness cost that much extra money? Making every minute of a horror movie or creature feature DARK AND GREY AND WET elevates it in NO WAY. It just makes for a dreary movie. You've got a passel of young hot male actors playing fighter pilots and not one shirtless scene. Top Gun, for all if its special effects, is often remembered by many fans mostly for one shirtless volleyball romp. The guys are not even shirtless for one second while working out in their bunks. I like Wes Ramsey quite a lot, but his hair cut and overly plucked and arched eyebrows do not make for an even slightly realistic WWII air gunner in this movie. I wish SyFy would try harder on the inexpensive stuff in its B movies. They would be more watchable and feel less stupid than most of what the channel cranks out.
I guess I'm voting a bit high, but the average seems way too low, so I'm balancing it out. Anyway, this movie had more going for it than other World War II movies on the Sci-Fi Channel. It seemed entertaining to the end, unlike some.
The premise involves bombers based in England; the focus begins on an Allied air base that conducts various types of missions. P-51s are around to protect the bombers, but their support's unpredictable. The first bomb run doesn't see them till it's almost too late.
Allies working together's another thing this flick's got going for it. You've got French, British, and Americans, so it's probably more like the actual situation in Europe, at least with the atmosphere. The SS are as bad as ever.
Graphics seem better in this flick than others made for the Sci-Fi Channel too. Moreover, this applies to special effects overall. Therefore, the movie has better acting and special effects than others I've seen on the cable network, and the plot's good too.
