In the main starbase everything is tier 1. None of the other holdings have been progressed. Once I get spire research to level one what would be the most useful holdings/provisions to unlock? I'm thinking the Dilithium Mine would be a good one to focus on for the cost reductions, but I'm not sure if it's worth
16 Jul 2012 Season 6 of Star Trek Online dropped on Thursday and since then I've been running around building up resources (and spending them) working on the Starbase projects as we queue The least rewarding and longest mission is sadly the Starbase Defense fleet action that requires 15 to 20 ships to do.
