Petition Against Animal Cruelty:: plz read I was reading thru my friend and `s journal and I was sickened by what I read

For those of you who have not already seen or heard about it, here's the story...

"The 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, tied him to a rope in an art gallery and began starving him to death - he called it 'art'.

For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition watched, emotionless, the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died."

Does that sound like art to you?

The "artist" - and I use this term VERY loosely - claims that the homeless dog would have gotten sick and/or would have died eventually. Well, humans get ill too, and we die eventually as well, but we don't tie them up and watch them starve to death, and we certainly don't call it 'art.'

If he was trying to shock anyone, or make a statement, I'm sure he could have found another way.

How can you call that art! Starving a poor and cute dog to death!

PLEASE sign this and stop him from doing somthing like this again.
