And the thing I miss the most is probably how you used to wash my hair your gentle touch and the way you made sure I never got shampoo in my eyes And the thing I miss the most is probably how you would stop me from walking out in the streets making sure there were no cars to hit me and holding my hand tight when we walked over together And the thing I miss the most is probably how you would do everything to help me from everything to antivirus to hope to sleep at night and I know I could never thank you enough And the thing I miss the most is probably watching you when you sleep curled up on the side of the bed breathing steady hair in your eyes and a wonderful calm look on your face And the thing I miss the most is probably watching you concentrate the way you'd open your mouth just a little and move your eyes too fast for me to follow And the thing I miss the most is probably how you used to tell me you love me and how you used to give me compliments and kiss me goodnight everytime I went to sleep But the thing I really miss the most is how you were mine and without you I don't really know how to function and I still can't imagine life without you
