Two undercover cops take down the highest and lowest criminals in Los Angeles.
Two mistmatched cops, the angry and bitter Van Ray, and the brash Deaqon Hayes, are forced to team up by a shady vixen police lieutenant, Billie Chambers, into going undercover in the seedy side of Los Angeles in using a variety of police confiscated flashy cars, clothes, weapons and other items, kept in a large secret warehouse called the Candy Store, in order to nail various low-lifes and rich and powerful criminals.
I find this show completely awesome. I'm sick of shows that are all goody goody. This show gets into the dirty underbelly of big cities. Its action packed but still gets you "right there." The actors play their parts so well that you sometimes forget there actors. Not for the feeble minded. This show shows you things that not all may want to see. If you like strippers, cars, money and music this show is for you. Fastlane gets you wanting to live your life in the fastlane.
Fast lane had some of the most accurate and realistic car scenes and chases ever. That's not hard to say because most TV shows and movies are plagued with Idiots who don't know anything about cars and assume the general public is clueless as well. This show was different and is well thought of by gear heads everywhere. Had it been aired on better nights and times it would still be on the air today. The actors were top notch. here it is 2005 and I can't go to any car associated functions with out the mention of this show. This show also tied many different types of people together. The partiers , The gamblers , The racers and the police. All these people were glued to the TV. It's really too bad someone goofed and let it die. Oh yeah that was the TV and Movie Idiot that plagued the rest of the car movies made. They must have been jealous
