27 Oct 2009 I just tried calling again but still getting the reps voicemail. My MTD and AYP distributor says that the manuals are only available to their service network. But I can't even find out who is in their network. Supposedly any shop that is Authorized on MTD and AYP can get the manuals, but I'm Authorized on both
