There was no set pattern for this. I bought a headband from walmart. I took white yarn and joined it all the way around. Then I made a row of triple, two rows of singles, one row with 2 singles in each stitch, then add as many more singles until its as long as u want. For the sashay I used six loops on the hook for each ruffle.
