30 Nov 2016 . Ingredients. 1/2 cup. (2 1/2 ounces) whole, skin-on almonds. 2 1/4 cups. (10 ounces) all-purpose flour, divided. 1/2 teaspoon. fine salt. 2 sticks. (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature. 1 cup. (7 ounces) granulated sugar. large egg. 1 teaspoon. vanilla extract. 1/2 cup. seedless raspberry jam.
Ingredients. 3/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup sugar. grated rind (zest) of 1 lemon, or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 large egg yolk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour. 3/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt.
