After updating to iOS 7 on my iPhone 4 as well as on my iPad 3 the Bluetooth paring with the BOSE SoundLink mini loudspeaker is not possible any longer. . But I found that if you press down the bluetooth button in front of the SoundDock for about 5-10 sec. you will see the bluetooth light flashing slowly.
