I've been searching all day to find out the amount of fluids needed to replace transmission and differential fluids on my 6 speed manual 3.0 z4. I'm looking to buy Royal Purple Syncromax manual transmission fluid. I understand BMW recommends ATF but I heard this works well with the 6 sp manual.
