Right now I want and did follow this build: https://alcasthq.com/eso-magicka-sorcerer-build-pve/. Something I noticed about every sorc, they all used the clannfear; I guess for tanking, but when I tried it like most pets in game it just randomly ran about (Maybe I need to control it?). I need a good leveling setup

This is a transistion build until max lvl is reached. Keep boundless storm and power surge up. Boudless storm increase your movement speed in case you can't afford a horse yet.
